Hi, I'm Jeff. I attended UT for Film and got my Master's in Animation at the Savannah College of Art and Design. After flexing my animation muscle at various studios, receiving praise for my films on mtvU.com and in SXSW2010, plus a brief stint at Apple, I decided to turn my talent and knack for teaching into something more, thus the creation of iHelp Austin. When I'm not training, I'm sculpting young minds as a Professor at The Art Institute of Austin.

I'm the brains behind this operation. I attended UT for Marketing/Communications, which is where we met (yes, I hit on Jeff… a detail he insists be mentioned.) My background is in marketing and most recently, as an event planner coordinating weddings, social and entertainment events. Today my days are spent growing iHelp Austin; bringing creativity to every Apple household!

DogsSupport Team

We could not do this job without the constant love from our adorably quirky support team of five dogs (from left to right): Gnocchi, Baby, Basil, Ellie and Weezer. It's not a day in the office without dogs snoring, barking, kissing, or fighting. iHelp Austin is four-legged friendly and we support rescues!
